Can I upgrade or downgrade packages in the middle of the month?
No, any changes to packages would occur once the current monthly contract has been fulfilled. Each monthly package comes with its own 30 day contract.
How is one on one coaching different from the Rock Your Happy Program?

Personalized, one on one coaching allows us to dive deeper into the stories and challenges that have surfaced either while doing work on your own or within the Rock Your Happy program. One on one coaching allows me to devote additional time to each of my client’s needs.

Should I complete the Rock Your Happy Program before seeking one on one coaching?

Completing the Rock Your Happy program prior to working with me one on one is not a requirement as one on one coaching is beneficial at any time.  Those clients that work with me after completing the Rock Your Happy program have completed the inital basework that allows the one on one coaching to further the progress made during the Rock Your Happy program.

What is your refund policy?
Each coaching package is a 30 day commitment, which includes a mutually signed contract. However, if you deem one on one coaching is not a fit for you during those 30 days, refunds are then based upon the refund policy within the signed contract.
